Imperial Cash Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before creating an Imperial Cash account. By signing up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. About Imperial Cash
Imperial Cash is a referral programme operated by Imperial Corte. It allows registered members to earn commissions when customers they refer visit and pay at any of our participating businesses. Commissions are paid out to the member's registered Mobile Money (MoMo) account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must have a valid Ghanaian phone number capable of receiving SMS. You must not be a current employee or staff member of Imperial Corte. Only one account is permitted per person. Duplicate accounts will be suspended. You must not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.
3. Referral Code
Upon registration, you choose a unique referral code of 3 to 10 characters (letters and numbers only). Your referral code is personal and must not be shared in a misleading or deceptive way. Imperial Corte reserves the right to reject or revoke any referral code deemed inappropriate. You may change your referral code at any time from your dashboard, subject to availability.
4. How Referrals Work
A referral is created when a new customer registers at Imperial Corte and enters your referral code. Each referred customer can only be linked to one referral code. First valid entry wins. A referral becomes active from the moment of registration and remains active for the duration shown on your dashboard. Once a referral expires, no further commissions are earned from that customer unless they re-register using your code, subject to availability.
5. Earning Commissions
You earn a commission on every paid visit your referred customer makes to any enrolled Imperial Corte business, starting from their second visit onwards. The commission is a percentage of the amount paid by your referred customer, as set by Imperial Corte and displayed on your dashboard. No commission is earned on the referred customer's first visit. No commission is earned on free services, complimentary visits, or transactions marked as credit. Commission rates may change at any time. Changes apply to future transactions only.
6. Payouts
Your earned commissions accumulate in your Imperial Cash balance. You may request a payout at any time from your dashboard, provided your balance is greater than zero. Payouts are processed to your registered MoMo number. Ensure your MoMo number is accurate before requesting a payout. Imperial Corte processes payouts manually and aims to process all requests within 5 business days. Imperial Corte reserves the right to withhold a payout if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse. Balances cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash by any other means.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of your balance: creating fake or duplicate customer accounts to generate artificial referrals; using your own referral code to refer yourself; bribing, pressuring, or deceiving customers into using your referral code; any form of manipulation, fraud, or abuse of the Imperial Cash system; sharing misleading information about Imperial Cash or Imperial Corte when promoting your code.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
Imperial Corte reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate any account at any time, with or without notice, if these terms are violated. Upon termination for misconduct, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. You may delete your own account at any time from your dashboard, provided your balance is zero. Accounts with an outstanding balance must first request a payout before deletion. Deleted accounts are anonymised. Your financial history is retained for audit purposes.
9. Privacy
Your phone number and name are used solely for operating your Imperial Cash account and processing payouts. Your phone number will be used to send you SMS notifications about earnings and payouts. You cannot opt out of transactional SMS while your account is active. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
10. Modifications to the Programme
Imperial Corte reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Imperial Cash programme at any time. Changes to commission rates, referral durations, or payout rules will be communicated through your dashboard. Continued use of your account after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Liability
Imperial Corte is not liable for any loss arising from delays in SMS delivery, MoMo transfer failures caused by incorrect account details, or downtime of the Imperial Cash platform. It is your responsibility to ensure your MoMo number and contact details are accurate and up to date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from this programme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
